Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our laundry and dry-cleaning services.
- 1.In case any article or linen is damaged during processing (other than reasons already specified), compensation will be limited to 10 times the processing charge or INR 2,000, whichever is lower.
- 2.The company will not be responsible for any article not collected within 30 days.
- 3.Express/Urgent delivery, if requested, will be charged 50% extra over the regular tariff.
- 4.Laundry orders will be delivered within 72 hours.
- 5.Dry-cleaning garments will be delivered within 120 hours.
- 6.Free pickup & delivery is applicable only for orders of 6 kg or above.
- 7.Stain removal is part of the cleaning process; however, complete stain removal is not guaranteed and will be done at the customer's risk.
- 8.The company is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal belongings or non-cleanable items left in the garment (e.g., money, jewelry, etc.).
- 9.The company will not be responsible for color fading, color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments/embroidery during processing.
- 10.The company will not be liable for any loss or damage due to fire, burglary, or unforeseen incidents.
- 11.Customers are requested to check their garments at the time of delivery.
- 12.We follow a 'No Claim Policy.' All articles are accepted strictly at the customer's risk.
- 13.The company will not be responsible for shrinkage, damage, holes, cuts, scratches, stains, or defects that become apparent during washing due to manufacturing defects, deterioration, wear & tear, adulteration, or environmental exposure.
